New Roof and Vents Upgraded – Oklahoma City, OK

Proper attic ventilation is essential for maintaining a healthy home. When this homeowner needed a new roof and gutters, it presented the perfect opportunity to upgrade the ventilation system. Opting to replace the noisy whirlybird vents, the homeowner chose quiet and efficient box vents, adding a few more for improved airflow. Jayden collaborated with the homeowner and their insurance provider to facilitate the roof and gutter replacement. For the roofing material, the homeowner selected GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the classic Weathered Wood color

New Roof – Lamar, OK

Mallard Roofing went all the way out to Lamar, Oklahoma to help a homeowner with their roof. Jayden did an excellent job of working with the homeowner to help them select the new shingles and assisting with filing an insurance claim. When the insurance claim got approved, we sent a crew out early in the morning and they worked all day to install the new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.

Edmond, OK – Updated Roof

This homeowner took the opportunity to upgrade their roof while replacing it due to storm damage. Jayden collaborated with both the homeowner and their insurance company to install a cost-effective new roof and improve ventilation by swapping out old turbine vents for box vents. They selected GAF Timberline ArmorShield II shingles in Weathered Wood, which will help lower their insurance costs. Additionally, they replaced two turbine vents with eight box vents for enhanced airflow.

This worn old roof needed to be replaced.  JT assisted the homeowner with shingle selection and getting their benefits from the insurance.  The homeowner chose GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in Slate and they look great.

This home had shingles that were worn over time and the vents had seen better days.  JT worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the roof replaced.  The shingles they chose are GAF Timberline Natural Shadow in weathered wood.
