Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Estimator to review insurance paperwork and create accurate estimates for storm restoration projects using Xactimate.

Experience:

  • 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze photos from job site.
  • Have knowledge of roof systems and roofing materials.
  • Write estimates using Xactimate and submit to insurance
  • Create invoices and submit to insurance
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters on claims

Skills/Qualifications:

Job Description

Primary roles of the Roofing Sales Manager (SM) is 1) to build and maintain culture with Mallard purpose, values and vision and 2) work with sales reps and field supervisors, adjusters, and home owners on a day to day basis. Provide continued training and development of sales team.

Requirements:

  • Training 3-4 weeks at Oklahoma City Headquarters
  • Commute or Relocate to Assigned Branch Location following training
  • Pass Background Check
  • Valid Current Driver’s License
  • Flexible to travel if needed
  • Authorized to work in the USA

Tools Provided:

  • Company Vehicle
  • Gas Card

Compensation: Salary + Commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Roofing Salesperson/Inspections Consultant – OKC Metro

This job specializes in residential roofing, handling storm related claims.

The job duties of an Roofing Salesperson/Inspections Consultant includes setting direct appointments for inspections. Inspecting roofs and documenting findings. Your responsibilities will include communicating with residential and commercial building owners. You will go door-to-door. You will self generate business as well as cover prescheduled appointments when needed. We train you in our methods to insure your success.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Must pass background check

Related Experience Preferred:

  • Customer Service 2 years minimum required
  • Sales experience 1 year minimum required

Hours/Pay

  • Availability Monday thru Saturday, by appointment and “on call”
  • Paid training, no cap commission once promoted to full Sales person status
  • +Aggressive Bonus structure for entry level positions, which allow a part time person to take home full time earnings.
