How about two new roofs in one year? We replaced this roof after a hail storm in the spring of 2020 and just as we were finishing it up another storm came in the fall. John worked with the owners and their insurance to get the roof replaced both times. We used an IB Roofing System which is a single ply roofing membrane to replace this roof.
