Challenge: There were several challenges with this roof. It had been tarped for some time before we contacted the customer. The area around the chimney and the vents were in terrible shape.
Solution: Bryce worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the roof replaced before there was any more damage. The shingles they chose are GAF Natural Shadow in Shakewood.
You can see where the old tarp has begin to wear out.
There wasn't much left of the shingles at the back of the chimney.
The new shingles are getting caulked to prevent any possible leaks.
The old vent and turbine have seen better days.
This lovely new roof and new vents are ready to protect this home for may years.
