Solution: Shelby worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the roof replaced and the decking updated.

You can see the big gaps and holes in the old decking. We replaced it with OSB sheets.
When the decking was finished we put and ice and water shield and felt down before the shingles.
We did extra protection around the chimney.
The old flashing on the chimney needed to be replaced.
The new flashing looks so much better.
And finally the home is ready for Oklahoma weather with the new GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in weathered wood.
