Challenge: This home had shingles missing, dented vents and old decking. It all needed to be replaced.
Solution: Jayden worked with the homeowner and their insurance. They decided to get a Class IV impact resistant shingle that will save them money on their homeowners policy. We also updated their old electric attic vent with 5 new box vents and replaced the old decking.
From a distance this roof looks fine.
But this home had lost several shingle.
THe old decking had big gaps.
We replaced the old decking and protected the home with felt.
Then the new Impact Resistant GAF ArmorShield II shingles in weathered wood. and lots of new vents.
Now this home looks great and is protected from the Oklahoma weather.
