You can see how the edge of the shingles is all coming up on the edges.
And the gutters and leaf guards have seen better days.
No more wavy shingles, new gutters, down spouts, and leaf guards have been installed.
Such a lovely setting for this home. We replaced their shingles with GAF Timberline HDZ in weathered wood.
