Challenge

Trees and skylights were the main problem to solve.

Solution

We redecked this home installed e sttic vents, new gutters and leaf guards. replaced skylight and replaced their roof with GAF ArmorShield II shingles in Shakewood.  These shingles are impact resistant and will save money on their insurance.

Skylight were leaking, and leaves were everywhere

All the flashing and skylights needed replacing.
