This lovely home needed to have the roof replaced.
The old decking wasn't up to code so we worked with the insurance to get it replaced.
There had been damage before, but the roof was just repaired. Not so pretty.
The homeowner chose CertainTeed Belmont Impact Resistant shingles in Black Granite. These shingles will save on their insurance premiums.
