Challenge

After a huge hail storm in SW Oklahoma, this ranch-style home needed a new roof.  We also found the decking needed to be replaced.

Solution

Zach worked with the homeowner and their insurance to replace the shingles and gutters.  The shingles they chose are GAF Timberline HDZ in weathered wood.

This is what we found when we removed the shingles. The decking had cracks and splitting boards.

We replaced the decking with OSB so there will no longer be cracks and splits.

We then used felt and a moisture barrier then new shingles.
