Solution: He worked with the homeowners and their insurance to get the shingles and gutters and downspouts replaced.

That had to be a big hail stone.
From a distance the roof looks fine.
Now with the new gutters and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Weathered wood this home is ready for some more Oklahoma weather.
