Challenge: A section of the roof had a large hole, causing significant damage to the sheetrock inside the home. Additionally, the decking had gaps as wide as one inch and required replacement.
Solution: Michael promptly tarped the roof to prevent further damage. He then coordinated with the insurance company to ensure full redecking and complete shingle replacement. The homeowner selected GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in Weathered Wood for a durable and visually appealing finish.
