This home was in need of a new roof, gutters and downspouts after years of wear and frequent storms.
Jay worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get everything replaced. The homeowner decided to add leafguard to the gutters since they are surrounded by trees.
This lovely home in Edmond doesn't look bad from a distance.
But climb up on the roof and you can see the damage storms have caused.
The new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in weathered wood look great and so does the new ridge vent. They are ready for more storms.
