Challenge
You never know what you will find when you take the singles off a home. This home had 4 layers of sheeting and felt under the shingles.
Solution
Chris worked with the homeowner and their insurance to make sure the shingles were installed properly. We also installed new gutters and a ridge vent. The shingles they chose are GAF Timberline HDZ in weathered wood.
