Challenge: This roof was very old and worn. The flashing around the chimney was bad and the just needed a new roof.
Solution: Alex worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the roof replaced. He also assisted them with shingle selection. They chose to give their home a new look with the GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in Charcoal.
