Challenge: This home had lots of damage to the roof and gutters and the old decking had gaps between the board.
Solution: Joel worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get this all covered by the insurance. They chose GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in weathered wood.
You can tell this homeowner takes pride in this home.
There was damage all over the roof.
The old decking wasn't up to code, so we replaced it and you can see all the layers we use to protect the roof.
Now they have a new roof they can be proud of and it will protect them for years.
