Challenge: This home had several problems with the roof. The shingles and vents needed to be replaced. When we inspected further the decking also needed to be replaced.
Solution: Jaylen worked with the homeowner and their insurance to be sure we got everything covered and worked with the roofers to see that it was done correctly.
