Solution: Jayden worked with the homeowner and their insurance company to get the roof and decking both replaced.

This roof had been patched and was really in need of a replacement.
The decking was completely rotten in places and need to be replaced, also.
New decking and felt were a great start.
Finally GAF Timberline Natural Shadow singles in Charcoal and a flexible membrane to match give this roof new life.
