Challenge: This lovely home built on the side of a hill was in need of a new roof. The house has multiple levels and the attic had very little ventilation.
Solution: Bryce worked with the homeowner and his insurance to get the roof replaced and he advised him to add some more vents to the roof. So he did 12 new vents.
